Whether it's a go-to snack, must-have school supply, or favorite pair of shoes, we all have items that we would deem as essential to our everyday lives. The same can be said about our faith. In this series, "Essentials," we will uncover some of the core values that shape our lives as followers of Jesus: faith, love, blessing, hope, and our call. Journeying through the book of 1 Thessalonians, we'll connect the ancient world of Christ followers back then to our lives today. Together, we will discover timeless truths that guide and transform us as followers of Jesus growing to be more like Him.
